First, I asked them what is bravery in their own opinion. And it seems to be that their answers are all the same:
"A brave person is someone who can face their fears"
" When I was younger, I have this extreme shyness living in my soul. I've never expected to lead a class nor dreamed of being a leader. Well, I can say that I had shown my bravery through erasing this shyness in me."
-ALI KRAUSE GAMANA
"As a musician, specifically the rhythm guitarist, I haven't reach the level of having an enough courage and bravery of facing a number of crowd"
-ANTHONY LOUISE BORJA
"Based on my experiences that I went through, so far in my life, the word BRAVERY is simply facing the hardships. It's not about running away from your problems but rather facing it anyway. For me, I could say that I'm a brave person maybe not that much but I'm BRAVE"
-RENJO ONCOG
"I haven't accepted the fact that one of the most special person in my life is now in the paradise, and its so hard in my position to be brave, to give a hundred percent of being okay."
-PRINCESS SEVILLA
"As the lead guitarist of an awesome band, I can say that I am brave enough. Well, at first I thought it was so hard to achieve my dreams but I was wrong. As a Person I have a hundred percent of bravery , as a Musician I have infinite bravery."
-KIRK ESTOYA
Well, for me these persons are so brave for sharing their own thoughts and opinions. Thanks guys :)
And as for me the word brave is just a word 'til we do it. We can never say that we are brave at the first part of a story being brave is always an outcome of what we did.
Let me share you one thing: I've sworn to myself not to cry in front of a crowd, in front of my classmates and even in front of one person just to show that I am so brave more than what they think of me, I don't want them to see that I can also be hurt by just simple things. But that promise broke when somebody started caring, listening and comforting.
There are so many ways to show bravery:
- Standing up for something that is good.
- Showing the world that you have a talent.
- Confessing your love to someone.
- Saving someone's life.
- Not letting your heart broke into pieces.
- Revealing the truth in a world of fallacy.
- Not being deceived by the bad things.
- Choosing your own passion and songs that you like.
- Singing/dancing/reciting in front of a crowd.
- Riding a roller coaster or Ferris wheel for the first time.
- Fighting for the right of our country.
